HTC Arrive to Hit the Market on March 20, Explore Tomorrow...

The first Windows Phone 7 handset of Sprint will hit the market on March 20. We are talking about the HTC Arrive that will have a price tag of $199.99. The mobile device will be offered with a two-year contract of the carrier.
The HTC Arrive is a slider smartphone that was announced last October under the name of the HTC 7 Pro. The handset is equipped with a physical QWERTY keyboard that is able to tilt up when it is fully opened. Customers can now pre-order the smartphone at some Sprint stores.
T-Mobile and AT&T USA have been offering Windows Phone 7 handsets, such as the HTC Surround since last November. Verizon Wireless and Sprint disclosed last year that they would support the Microsoft operating system.
The HTC Arrive is based on the same WP7 interface that is already available on other devices. The interface comes with a start screen along with live tiles and hubs, which are used to streamline access to social networks, pictures, games, applications, music as well as Microsoft software. With the live tiles you will know pending appointments, news, messages as well as weather updates.
The HTC Arrive is powered by a Qualcomm 1 GHz Snapdragon processor. It is equipped with a 3.6-inch touchscreen. The handset is supportive to full HTML Web browsing capabilities with Maps as well as Bing Search. There is access to corporate Exchange e-mail. The smartphone features a 5 MP camera. It has Wi-Fi and it is supportive to 16 GB of internal storage. Integration to Zune and Xbox Live is also possible with Microsoft Office Mobile.
Apart from the Everything Data plan, Sprint will also require $10 monthly premium data add-on charge which is required on the carrier’s smartphone. The Everything Data plan starts at $69.99 per month.
